Kuwait – Mubasher: The main index of Boursa Kuwait closed Wednesday’s trading session 0.27% or 18.37 points lower at 6,765.01 points. 

Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated 1.05% and 1.22%, respectively.

The consumer services segment led eight decliners with 3.75%, dragged by Cable Vision which lost 11.8% to be the top loser.

Meanwhile, the healthcare sector topped three gainers with 11.04%, backed by Al Mowasat HealthCare which gained 19.8% which is the highest level since listing.

The market’s turnover grew to KWD 12.40 million on Wednesday from KWD 12.33 million in the previous session, as the trading volume decreased to 45.34 million shares from 46.98 million.

KFH was the most active stock on which 6.5 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 3.2 million.
