Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development has signed an agreement with real estate marketing and consultancy company UC Forward to run roadshows in China, according to a statement.

The agreement will help Deyaar showcase its properties to Chinese investors.

Chinese investors contributed over AED 10 billion to Dubai’s real estate market in the past four years, according to figures from the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The Chinese population in Dubai has seen rapid growth by 53% over the last five years, running at least 4,000 companies in the UAE, estimates show.
