Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Mining’s (Ma’aden) board appointed Sulaiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz as the vice chairman of the board.

The decision was effective as of June 21 until the end of the current board's session that ends on 24 October 2017, as per Ma'aden's article of association, according to a bourse filing.

Al-Gwaiz was appointed as a board member in January 2014.
