Cairo – Mubasher: The CEO of El-Sherif Law Firm and Consultants, Atef El-Sherif, said Wednesday that the Administrative Court has referred the lawsuit filed by Beltone Financial Holding against the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) to the State Commissioner's body, according to a statement to the bourse.

Last year, Beltone filed two lawsuits against the EGX and EFSA due to the repetitive trade suspension of the company’s stock.

The stock fell by 4.4% on Tuesday to EGP 11.37.
