Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) said its shareholders decided to use the legal reserve of the company to write off the accumulated losses until 31 March 2017, according to a bourse statement.

The shareholders also approved the continuation of BILDCO and restructurinng the shareholders’ equity.

Accumulated losses reached AED 172.42 million in Q1-17, compared to AED 187.81 million in Q1-16.
