Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday’s trading session 0.81% or 59.87 points lower at 7,288.89 points.

The market’s trading value increased to SAR 2.53 billion ($675 million) on Monday from SAR 2.48 billion ($661 million) in the previous session, after the trading volume decreased to 119 million shares from 128.88 million.

The consumer services segment led 16 decliners with a fall of 1.79%.

Meanwhile, the media sector topped gainers with a rise of 8%.

Banque Saudi Fransi was the top loser with a decline of 5.31% to close at SAR 31, while the Saudi Research and Marketing Group topped the winners with a rise of 9.91% to close at SAR 58.80.

Alinma Bank was the most active stock on which 22.5 million shares were traded at a value of SAR 336 million, falling 0.53% to close at SAR 14.88.

Meanwhile, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market gained 0.81% or 29.16 points to close the session at 3,616.2 points.
