Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty, along with its strategic partner Bellevue, closed the deal related to a deal worth AED 100 million ($27.22 million) after a villa at Emirates Hills.

The 42,000 square feet villa features eight bedrooms, according to a statement.

The deal took up 18 months to be concluded, according to Leigh Williamson, Associate at Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty.

The transactions comes after expectations that the UAE real estate sector will saw a significant activity in 2017, according to a report by Al Ruwad Real Estate.
