Cairo - Mubasher: The chairman and managing director of Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EKH), Al Moataz Al Alfi, said that he intends to increase his investments in the upcoming period.

Al Alfi added during his meeting with the Egyptian minister of investment and international cooperation, Sahar Nasr that he wants to increase the local component and reduce imports.

The two discussed ways to grow Kuwaiti investments in Egypt after the recent legeslaive reforms and issuing a new investment law in Egypt, according to the ministry’s statement.

Nasr noted that Egypt welcomes all Kuwaiti investors, as many investment opportunities await across Egypt, such as in the Suez Canal Axis project.
