Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Global oil demand is expected to rise in the second half of 2017, according to the UAE energy minister Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Al Mazrouei.

Any increase in shale oil production in the short-term would hurt oil markets, Sky News Arabia quoted Al Mazrouei as saying.

“It is too early to talk about any additional cuts in oil output,” the minister said.
