Mubasher: The United Arab Emirates and Cambodia have signed on Friday an agreement to protect and encourage bilateral investment between the two countries, as reported by Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The agreement was signed by Saif Al Shamsi, the UAE non-resident ambassador to Cambodia, and Sok Chenda Sophea, the secretary general of the council for the development of Cambodia, at the council's headquarters in Cambodia.
According to WAM, the UAE ambassador said that the signing of the agreement comes within the framework of the country's strategy to expand its international network of relations, protect and encourage domestic investments abroad, and enable UAE investments to grow and expand.
