Mubasher: Azizi Developments announced on Saturday the completion of the AED 350 million Azizi Royal Bay, a luxury residential property project at Palm Jumeirah.

The company revealed in a press release that the project was completed in a short span of 22 months.

The Dubai-based real estate developer, which has been operating in the UAE for over a decade, said that this is the sixth project to be delivered by the company.

Azizi has handed over around 1,000 units in Dubai since the beginning of 2017, and it is expected to hand over five more projects for the remainder of the year and 80 projects before 2020, including the AED 12 billion Azizi Riviera development in Meydan One.

Azizi Royal Bay comprises 90 stylishly designed serviced apartments including 58 one-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom and two 3-bedroom penthouses, with apartments ranging from between 802 square feet to 1,638 square feet, while prices start at approximately AED 2.2 million and go up to AED 4.5million, the company indicated.

This is the sixth project to be delivered by the Dubai-based company in 2017
