Cairo - Mubasher: The financial statements of Arab Drug Company showed a surge in profits by 140% during July 2017, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday that profits totalled EGP 2.5 million in July, compared to EGP 1.04 million by the end of the same months last year.

During last month, sales volumes increased to EGP 29.7 million up from EGP 25.2 million in July 2016, the statement noted.
