Saudi Electricity Company announces signing a US$ 1.75 billion international syndication loan

Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) announces that it has signed on Wednesday 16/08/2017 a US$ 1.75 billion (equivalent to 6.56 billion Saudi Riyal) international syndication loan, 5 years bullet ends on Tuesday 16/08/2022.
The loan is co-financed by eight major international banks including, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, LTD., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, NATIXIS, Citibank and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
The loan is unsecured and will be used to finance SEC diverse capital expenditure projects.
