Riyadh – Mubasher: The subscription in Zahrat Al Waha shares reached 106.4% of total shares for retail investors by the end of the fourth subscription day, 17 August, Saudi Fransi Capital stated on Thursday.

The 900,000 shares for retail investors represent 30% of the initial public offering's (IPO) total shares, which are 4.5 million, according to the company's statement.

Subscribers reached 19,197, pumping SAR 48.8 million through 957,680 shares, by the end of the fourth day.

The subscription in Zahrat Al Waha shares will last for eight days to end on Sunday, 20 August, at SAR 51 per share.
