The Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume stood at 156.43 million shares, through 98,130 transactions, at a value of SAR 3.04 billion

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday in the green zone after increasing 0.72% or 50.99 points reaching 7,179.34 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume stood at 156.43 million shares, through 98,130 transactions, at a value of SAR 3.04 billion.

The media sector rose 7.4%, followed by food and beverages with 2.1%, utilities with 1.7%, banks with 1%, and materials with 0.42%.

On the other hand, the REITs, retailing, and telecommunication services sectors tumbled 1.9%, 0.9%, and 0.2%, respectively.

Research and Marketing Group’s stock led TASI’s risers with 9.96%, whereas Ash Sharqiyah Development’s stock was the worst performer with 4.5%.

Al Inma Bank’s stock led in terms of trading value with a liquidity of SAR 400.77 million, while Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development’s stock was the most active in terms of traded volume after 24.53 million shares were exchanged.

In the meantime, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market went up 0.87% or 29.52 points to reach 3,429.23 points.

Nomu’s trading volume reached 141,510 shares, through 217 transactions, generating SAR 2.66 million.

Development Works Food’s stock grew 7.5%, whereas Raydan Co and Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries stocks’ decreased 2.9% and 0.6%, respectively.

Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock topped Nomu’s traded volume after 59,740 shares were exchanged, while Raydan Co’s stock was the most active in terms of trading value with a turnover of SAR 1.01 million.
