Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Sunday in the green zone after increasing 0.42% or 29.9 points to reach 7,209.2 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume stood at 136 million shares, at a value of SAR 2.7 billion.

The food and staples retailing, retailing, banks, materials, and telecommunication services sectors went up 1.36%, 0.98%, 0.52%, 0.51%, and 0.42%, respectively.

On the other hand, the food and beverages sector fell 0.13%, and the insurance sector inched down 0.07%.

Amana Cooperative Insurance’s stock surged 9.99%, closing at SAR 25.65, with a turnover of SAR 67.4 million, and United Electronics Company’s (eXtra) stock grew 4.97% to SAR 46.8, with a liquidity of SAR 81 million.

Meanwhile, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market increased 2.14% or 73 points reaching 3,502.5 points, registering its highest level in 23 trading sessions.

Nomu’s traded volume reached 41,000 shares, generating SAR 987,000.

Baazeem Trading’s stock went up 2.5%, closing at SAR 25.1, and Raydan Co’s stock increased 1.56% to SAR 20.5.
