Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication on Sunday said it will distribute cash dividends at SAR 1 per share on 10 September for the first half of 2017.

Total distributions amount to SAR 42.6 million, representing 10% of the share’s par value, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Dividends will be distributed among shareholders of record by the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

The Saudi-listed firm said that the distributions will take place through the Arab National Bank (ANB), by depositing them directly into the bank accounts of shareholders attached to the investment portfolios of all local banks.

The stock edged down 0.07%, closing at SAR 28.97 on Sunday.
