Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties will announce five new projects during its participation in Cityscape Global 2017 in Dubai, Al Khaleej newspaper reported.

The projects will be carried out in the residential, hospitality, and retail sectors, chairman Ali Rashid Lootah said.

The company is implementing its future plans that aim to diversify its portfolio, Lootah added.

Cityscape Global 2017 will be held from 11 to 12 September.

Nakheel plans to achieve revenues over AED 7.5 billion by 2021, compared to AED 2.2 billion by the end of 2016, Al Khaleej added.

The portfolio will include 36,500 residential units and 5,000 hotel rooms, in addition to 17,600 square feet of retail space.
