Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties said its unit Nine Elms Property awarded a GBP 240 million contract to Multiplex for a new project in Dubai, according to a statement.

Under the contract, Multiplex will build Aykon London One within Zone 1 at Nine Elms on the South Bank.

Valued at GBP 590 million, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2020, with 45% of the building already pre-sold.

The development will feature 450 new homes, while having four storeys of office space and will contain a sky bridge between the south building and north tower.

The project is part of a GBP 1 billion regeneration scheme that includes the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, as well as the location for the new US Embassy.
