Mubasher: Amar Finance and Leasing Company announced that it is considering selling a property in Salmiya at KWD 7.7 million.

The profits of the deal will be recorded in the financial statements of the fourth quarter of 2017 after the property transfer, the company said in a filing to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.

The net profits of the deal amount to around KWD 230,500, the company said in an earlier statement.

Amar’s stock rose 11.67% to 41.8 fils in Monday’s session, with 115.05 shares traded at KWD 4,420.
