TASI, Nomu end Tuesday in green
The banks sector went up 0.97%, followed by the materials sector with 0.39%, and the telecommunication services sector inched up 0.09%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Tuesday 0.39% or 28.14 points higher to reach 7,253.52 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume stood at 120.15 million shares on Tuesday, against 133.62 million shares on Monday, and traded value decreased to SAR 2.72 billion ($725 million), from SAR 2.86 billion ($763 million).

The banks sector went up 0.97%, followed by the materials sector with 0.39%, and the telecommunication services sector with 0.09%.

On the other hand, the media, and the retailing sectors tumbled 2.67%, and 1.32%, respectively.

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance’s stock was the best performer with 6.15%, closing at SAR 39.20, whereas Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development's stock topped TASI’s losers with 6.29%, to SAR 42.75.

Al Inma Bank’s stock led in terms of trading volume after 19 million shares were exchanged, with a turnover of SAR 313.87 million.

In the meantime, the benchmark index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market increased 0.59% or 20.73 points reaching 3,508.24 points.

Baazeem Trading’s stock grew 1.46%, closing at SAR 25.10, whereas Thob Al-Aseel Company’s stock fell 1% to SAR 69.10
