Mubasher: Al Mudon International Real Estate Company has received on 27 August the Capital Markets Authority’s (CMA) approval for raising the company’s capital to KWD 39 million from KWD 10 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.

The raise of 290% or KWD 29 million will take place through issuing 290 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each, without an issue premium.
