Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication will distribute cash dividends on Sunday, 10 September, at SAR 1 per share for the first half of 2017, according to a statistic.

Saudi Airlines Catering on Sunday will distribute cash dividends at SAR 1.5 per share for Q2-17.

Malath Cooperative Insurance Company on Monday, 11 September, will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to vote on raising the firm’s capital to SAR 500 million from SAR 120 million through rights issue shares.

Middle East Healthcare Co (MEAHCO) on Wednesday, 13 September will hold the firm’s EGM to vote on amending its articles of association, electing the board’s members, and forming the auditing committee.
