Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Nakheel on Sunday said it will launch “a plethora” of property projects at Cityscape Global 2017, with new developments collectively amounting to AED 4 billion.

The master developer said it will uncover a variety of projects in areas including Palm Jumeirah, Discover Gardens, Jumeirah Park, and Deira Islands, according to a statement.

The property developer will showcase a luxury high-rise beachfront residential project on Palm Jumeirah, a residential, mall, hotel and health complex at Discovery Gardens, as well as six marinas for a total of 614 boats and yachts at Deira Islands.

Furthermore, Nakheel will unveil its collection of homes and leisure attractions at Jumeirah Park, along with a new hotel at Jumeirah Village Circle.

All five projects are slated for completion in the second quarter of 2018.

Speaking ahead of the major real estate event, Nakheel chairman Ali Rashed Lootah stated that “As a foundation partner of Cityscape Global with AED 50 billion worth of projects already under way, [Nakheel is] proud to unveil another unique range of projects that will reinforce Dubai as a world-leading location for living, leisure, business and tourism.”
