Mubasher: Kuwait Aviation Services (KASCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Airways, reported a growth of 61% in profits during the first half of 2017.
Earnings increased to KWD 2.2 million ($7.3 million) in H1-17 compared to KWD 1.4 million ($4.6 million) in the same half a year ago, according to KASCO’s official statement.
The growth in H1 profits is attributed to a work plan set for improving the company’s business, KASCO said, adding that the infrastructure, on which the company has been conducting for the past two years, was the main reason for the positive performance in H1-17.
