Dubai - Mubasher: The general meeting of National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) has elected four new board members.

The new board members are all senior executives at ENGIE, Tabreed said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.

The new members are: Paulo Almirante, executive vice president at ENGIE Group; Sébastien Arbola, CEO of ENGIE Middle East, South & Central Asia and Turkey; Frédérique Dufresnoy, deputy director of Métier Business to Territories, and Frederic Claux, head of acquisitions, investments and financial advisory.

Shareholders also approved the amendment of the articles of association and authorised the board to adopt all procedures and take the necessary decisions on behalf of the company’s shareholders.  

Tabreed last reported a 17.8% increase in profits in the second quarter of 2017 to AED 192.95 million compared to AED 163.82 million in the same period in 2016.
