Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Bahrain wing in Cityscape Global 2017 exhibit, ended Wednesday, offered BHD 40.3 billion projects in the real estate sector.

Cityscape Global represented an important marketing window for Bahraini real estate projects, which totalled BHD 95.4 billion.

The Bahrain wing exhibited many projects, including Bahrain Bay, Diyar Al Muharraq, Durrat Al Bahrain, Canal View, and Bahrain Marina.

Emiratis and Saudis were the top investors in Durrat Al Bahrain, whose first three phases were accomplished, assistant customer relations manager Muhammad Ibrahim Kamel said, adding that the project, which started in 2005, is expected to be completed within 10 years.

So far, 60% of Durrat Al Bahrain has been completed, Kamel added.
