Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate (ERESCO) on Thursday reported a 4.3% year-on-year increase in profits for the third quarter of 2017, ended 31 July 2017, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait.

ERESCO registered KWD 485,350 ($1.61 million) profits in Q3-17 versus KWD 465,340 ($1.55 million) in the year-ago period.

This rise in profits is attributable to lower financing costs and a growth in other revenues, the company commented.

ERESCO’s profits in the nine months ended 31 July 2017 amounted to KWD 859,720 compared to KWD 897,370 in the previous period, showing 4.2% decline.
