Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session with a mixed performance; the price index gained 0.01% or 0.6 points to reach 6,912.26 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices went down 0.21% each.

The main index is still positive, with its support level being at 6,880 points and 6,850 points, while it targets 6,930 points and 6,950 points, capital market analyst AL Anzi said.

By 9:48am Kuwait time, the consumer goods segment topped gainers with 0.35%, while the consumer services sector led decliners with 0.77%.

Bourse Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 4.8 million, after 50.4 million shares were traded through 1,295 transactions.

Zain recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 1.1 million, falling 0.55%.

Abyaar was the most active stock on which 19 million shares were exchanged, rising 7.09%.
