Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed Monday 0.13% or 9.63 points lower reaching 7,393.39 points.
TASI’s trading volume stood at 142.95 million shares through 90,680 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 3.15 billion.
The transportation, insurance, and banks sectors decreased 1.2%, 0.9%, and 0.2%, respectively.
On the other hand, the telecommunication services sector went up 0.6%, followed by real estate investment traded funds (REITs) with 0.4%, and materials with 0.04%.
Salama Cooperative Insurance’s stock dropped 5.9%, whereas Nama Chemicals’ stock topped TASI’s risers with 5.7%.
Al Inma Bank’s stock led TASI in terms of trading volume after 29.14 million shares were exchanged with a turnover of SAR 529.72 million.
In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market (NOMU) rose 0.3% or 10.14 points to reach 3,432.36 points.
Nomu’s traded volume amounted to 60,400 shares exchanged, through 264 transactions, generating SAR 1.1 million.
Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock grew 4%, whereas Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s stock retreated 5.1%.
Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock topped Nomu in terms of trading volume after 23,400 shares were exchange, while Raydan Co’s stock led in terms of traded value with a turnover of SAR 313,910.
