Cairo – Egypt: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday announced that Thursday 21 September will be an official holiday in celebration of the beginning of the Islamic New Year 1439, according to an official statement.

Trading will be resumed on Sunday 24 September, the EGX added.
