TASI loses 0.57%, Nomu slips at Tuesday’s close
All the sectors retreated except telecommunications and food sector, which edged up 0.16% and 0.22%, respectively

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined for the second successive session by 0.57% or 42.24 points to close Tuesday at 7,351.15 points.

TASI’s trading volume stood at 127.4 million shares, generating SAR 3.01 billion, through 80,300 transactions.

The top loser in TASI was City Cement shedding 3.04% to SAR 10.58, with a turnover of SAR 7.5 million, while the top gainer was Zahrat Al Waha for Trading, growing 7.2% at SAR 54.2, with a turnover of SAR 291.7 million.

All the sectors retreated except telecommunications and food sectors, which edged up 0.16% and 0.22%, respectively.

The top falling sectors were media, which shed 2.7% and diversified financials which lost 1.1%.

The main sectors, banks and materials, lost 0.73% and 0.67, respectively.

Meanwhile, the index of the Nomu-Parallel Market (NOMU) shed 0.34% or 11.8 points to 3,420.5 points, reversing its performance in the last three sessions.

Nomu’s total trading volume reached 135,000 shares, generating SAR 3.7 million.  

Baazeem Trading Company’s stock led NOMU’s losers falling 2% to SAR 25 with a turnover of SAR 292,700, while Development Works Food’s stock topped the gainers by 9.38% at SAR 70, with a turnover of SAR 20,990.
