Riyadh – Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) executed a private transaction on Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) stock at SAR 29.5 per share after 195.3 million shares were exchanged, at a value of SAR 5.760 billion.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
