Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding on Thursday agreed on contributing in a special real estate fund for developing medium-sized hotels.

The board approved assigning three pieces of land in Jeddah to the fund, the company added in a bourse statement, noting that further details would be announced later.

On another note, Al Tayyar announced that it signed a one-year agreement with Saudi Airlines for issuing governmental tickets for Ministry of Education employees, who are delegated to Europe, UK, USA, and Canada.

The agreement value would be decided based on the number of tickets issued, the company added, noting that the financial effects of the agreement would be apparent in the financial results of the Q3-2017
