Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Monday said that the initial public offerings (IPOs) of the companies on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) reached nine at a value of SAR 3.173 billion during the first half of 2017.
The IPOs of seven firms occurred during Q1-17, at a value of SAR 1.802 billion, and the companies were listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, the CMA added in its bulletin of Q2-17.
Two companies saw the IPOs in Q2-17 worth SAR 1.372 billion.
Most of the firms which saw the IPOs were listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, with the exception of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading which was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
