Dubai – Mubasher: Prescott Real Estate Development on Monday revealed an AED 165 million large-scale residential and commercial project in Dubai Meydan city called Prime Views.

Prime Views project comprise 151 residential units situated on 225,000 square feet, according to a company statement.

The self-financed Prime Views project is a residential project designed to provide a civil life style, Prescott Real Estate Development’s spokesperson said.

Developers in Dubai real estate market are “currently working to deliver over 35,000 units this year, bringing the total number of residential units on the market to over 500,000,” Prescott Real Estate Development said.
