Abdullah AL-Othaim Markets Company announces its Board of Directors resolution in its meeting held on Monday 25/9/2017G the distribution of interim cash dividends to the shareholders for the first half 2017 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividends SAR 90 Millions
2. Dividends per share SAR 2
3. Number of Shares Entitled to the dividends (45) millions shares.
4. Dividends represents 20% of the Face value.
5.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the closing of trading of Monday 12 Muharam 1439H (Um Al Qura Calendar) Correspondent to 2 October 2017G
6.Details of dividend distribution date : The disbursement date will be 28 Muharam 1439H (Um Alquar Calendar) Correspondent to 18 October 2017
