Dubai - Mubasher: GFH Financial Group on Tuesday said its board was set to convene on Sunday, 12 November to discuss and approve the group’s financial results for the third quarter of 2017.

The board will also approve results for the first nine months of the year, a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) showed.

GFH Group last reported a net profit of $65.5 million in the first six months of 2017, up 264% from $18.0 million in the year-ago period.

In a separate statement, the financial group said its board convened met Monday and reviewed and approved internal policies, legal claims and recoveries, as well as the bank’s strategy and business plan.
