Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) plans to offer two bids to launch two projects in Dubai and Ras Al-Khaimah in the first half of next October.

The two bids cost more than AED 1 billion and comprise 884 housing units, said Mohammed Al Mansouri, the executive director of engineering of the SZHP.

The bid of the construction of Bateen Al Samar’s second phase in Ras Al-Khaimah will be offered in the first week of October, Al Mansouri added.

Bateen Al Samar’s includes 543 housing units situated on 1.3 million square meters with a cost of AED 710 million, the executive director said, according to Emarat Alyoum newspaper.

He noted that the construction works will be completed within 870 days, according to the newspaper.

Mohammed Al Mansouri added that the programme will offer engineering consultancy works’ bid at Al Khawaneej in Dubai in the second week of October 2017, which comprises 341 units with an AED 450 million cost.
