Mubasher: Amar for Finance and Leasing has transferred the ownership of a real estate asset in Salmiya City in Kuwait for a total value of KWD 7.7 million ($25.6 million).

A profit worth KWD 230,000 will be generated from this sale deal and will be registered in the income statements of the fourth quarter of 2017.

It is worth highlighting that Amar incurred losses worth about KWD 596,600 in the six-month period ended on 30 June 2017 compared to around KWD 491,590 losses in the first half a year ago.
