Mubasher: Qortuba Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development, on Wednesday announced a public tender to rent the shopping arcade in one of its residential complexes.

The residential compound consists of 1200 residential units at Al Gharrafa area, Mazaya said in a bourse statement.

Bidders who wish to collect the conditions and specifications leaflet must go to C-Ring Suhaim Bin Hamad Street, Al Manaa Towers, Third Floor, Reception Area starting from 4 October 2017, the company added, noting that the deadline for submitting proposals is 19 October 2017.
