Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on the stocks of Advanced Petrochemical Company, and Saudi Amiantit Group on Tuesday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totaled SAR 5.92 million.

Advanced Petrochemical Company’s stock private transaction saw the trading of 120,000 shares at SAR 41 per share, while Saudi Amiantit Group’s stock saw the trading of 150,000 shares at SAR 6.7 per share, according to a bourse filing.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
