Dubai attracts $3bn foreign investments in H1-2017
Dubai will continue attracting more investments in the second half of the year

Dubai – Mubasher: CEO of Dubai Investment Development Agency (Dubai FDI) on Monday said that the Emirate of Dubai attracted AED 11 billion ($3 billion) worth of direct foreign investment during the first half of 2017.

These figures were indicated by the Financial Times fDi Markets monitor, while the figures of Dubai Investment Index will be announced later, CEO Fahad Al Gergawi said, on the sidelines of the Dubai Investment Week 2017.

Dubai will continue attracting more investments in the second half of the year, Al Gergawi added.

The Dubai Investment Week 2017 is an event organised by Dubai FDI to give an overview and performance update on the Dubai foreign investment and its opportunities, under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
