Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday announced that it will host its annual forum for Abu Dhabi’s listed companies on Tuesday, 24 October, at the Rosewood Hotel on Al Maryah Island.

Later this year, ADX is planning to organise another forum targeting listed companies in other emirates, according to a statement.

During the Forum, ADX’s Listed Companies Affairs Department will deliver a presentation on the latest digital services that have been developed for listed companies, ADX added.

Services to be presented include updates to the electronic disclosure system (E-Service) of listed companies, including the newly-added fields linked with the reports list, as well as the introduction of a new procedure in case of error disclosure, as companies will be notified to amend it, without the full refusal of disclosure as previously done, ADX continued.

ADX’s Clearing and Settlement Department, Market Operations and Surveillance Department, and Information Technology Department will also deliver a comprehensive presentation on the wide range of services and updates available to investors, the statement added.

During the forum, the financial market will honour the first five listed companies that disclosed their financial statements within the set period of time for the second and third quarters of 2017, ADX announced.
