Dubai – Mubasher: DXB Entertainment’s board of directors approved on Wednesday the withdrawal of AED 454.8 million under an agreement to receive a subordinated loan from Meraas Holding and Meraas Leisure and Entertainment.

DXB Entertainment, which is listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will approve in its upcoming ordinary general meeting (OGM) the receiving of the loan, according to a company statement.

The upcoming OGM is slated for 28 November.

DXB Entertainment’s board recently appointed Tessa Mari Zuling Lee as a Company Secretary.
