Dubai – Mubasher: GFH Financial Group plans to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as the Saudi body is the largest stock market in the MENA region, GFH CEO Hisham Al Rayes on Sunday told Mubasher during a phone interview.

GFH’s listing on Tadawul will be subject to approvals by relevant regulatory authorities and the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), the top official added.

A public firm operating in investment banking and brokerage services, GFH is currently listed on the Bahrain Bourse, Dubai Financial Market (DFM), and Boursa Kuwait.

GFH’s business is focused on the GCC, North Africa, and India.
