Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on the stocks of Yanbu Cement, and National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) totaled SAR 132.2 million after 4.76 million shares were exchanged on Monday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

NADEC’s transaction saw trading of 860,000 shares, at SAR 30.15 per share, with a liquidity of SAR 25.93 million.

Yanbu Cement’s deal saw trading of 3.9 million shares, at SAR 27.25 per share, with a turnover of SAR 106.28 million.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
