The Board of Directors of AlJazira Mawten REIT Fund has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 2,950,000
2.Dividend per share SAR 0.25
3.Dividend represents 2.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on registered in Tadawul records on the closing of trading on NOV 08, 2017 and the settlement of dividend is T+2 i.e., at the end of second trading day from the eligibility date
