Listing the Rights Issue Of Cleopatra Hospital Company -1 , Separately From The Underlying Shares Of The Company "Main Market"
The Listing Committee held on 01/11/2017 has approved to list the rights issue of Cleopatra Hospital Company -1, separately from the underlying shares of the company. The company’s issued rights amounted to 1,400,000,000 rights, resulting from the company’s capital increase from EGP 100,000,000 to EGP 800,000,000, such increase amounting EGP 700,000,000 is through rights issue for the company’s existing shareholders, at a par value of EGP 0.5 per share.
Furthermore, the main shareholder should consider keeping 51% blocked of the increased shares, based on his stake of the company's issued shares prior to such capital increase until the end of the lockup period designated according to the Listing Rules.
Taking into consideration the following:-
The rights issue will be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) starting 06/11/2017 till the end of 30/11/2017 trading session ”ISIN Code (EGS920Y1C016)”, only in case of the market price of company’s share were higher than the subscription price of the rights issue.
Furthermore, the main shareholder should consider keeping 51% blocked of the increased shares, based on his stake of the company's issued shares prior to such capital increase until the end of the lockup period designated according to the Listing Rules.
