Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia plans to appoint Alireza Zaimi in the Public Investment Fund (PIF) to lead the Kingomd's body corporate finance, treasury functions, to help in assets management, and to join executive committee, Financial Times on Wednesday said, citing informed sources as saying.

Zaimi will join his new position in PIF after leaving his position as a managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA).

“Zaimi will be among the first non-Saudis to be hired for a senior management role,” the sources added.
